A liberdade de imprensa e de expressão, direito constitucional do cidadão e da sociedade, de tempos em tempos é desrespeitada em decisões de juízes de primeira instância, ao decretarem censura a algum tipo de conteúdo artístico ou jornalístico. O erro costuma ser corrigido na instância seguinte, mas isso não serve de atenuante.
